一、All new car models launched commercially after 1st December 2005 are eligible to enter the Competition;     2005年12月1号后发布的新车型；

　　二、The competition entries be divided into 13 categories: city and small cars; midsize two-volume saloons; midsize three-volume saloons; limousines; coupes; convertibles and coupe-cabriolets; roadsters; sports cars; station wagons; multifunctional vehicles; off-road and cross-over vehicles; special series; prototypes and concept-cars.     奖项分为13个组别：城市小型车、中型两厢轿车、中型三厢轿车、豪华轿车、双门轿跑车、敞篷车、双人敞篷跑车、运动型车、旅行车、MPV、越野车、特型车、原型车；

　　三、The International Jury are composed of 14 members: 9 creators of visual taste, 3 car historians, 1 expert of transportation design and 1 Jury President, who is the President of Museum, promoter of the Competition；    国际评委由14人组成：9位视觉专家、3位汽车史学家、1位汽车设计专家及1位评委会主席，同时也是Museum公司的总裁；

　　四、Each member of the Jury can vote for 2 cars in each of the classes The first of these cars will receive 2 points and the second 1 point;    每位评委可在每个组别中选两辆车，首选车型得2分，次选车型得1分；

　　五、The Competition awards are works of art symbols of Beauty.     评委仅从艺术角度对候选车型进行评价；

　　六、The winning car companies can make appropriate use of the event for publicity purposes and can reproduce the trademark of the Competition.     获奖车型厂家可以公开发布获奖信息并复制大奖商标；

　　七、3 Chinese cars will be awarded by 2006 International Jury for the 1st time : Cars constructed by joint-venture between Foreign and Chinese automobile makers; cars made local Chinese Automobile makers; Show cars presented at 06Beijing International Auto Show .     评委会今年将首次评选3辆来自中国的汽车：合资厂商一辆、自主品牌一辆、2006北京车展概念车一辆;

　　八、1 special prize for design works from China’s college students.     专为中国高校学生的设计作品颁发一个特别奖。
