　　The 7th China (Hubei/Wuhan) International Auto Industry Exhibition – Auto Wuhan '2006, which jointly sponsored by China Machinery Industry Federation, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Hubei Provincial People's Government and Wuhan Municipal People's Government will be held at Wuhan International Convention & Exhibition Center on 12 – 18 September, 2006.

　　Since the first session in 1995, with the great help of Hubei Provincial People's Government, Wuhan Municipal People’s Government and other departments, all previous six China (Hubei/Wuhan) International Auto Industry Exhibitions have been successfully held and created great influence in auto industry both in China and foreign countries, and it has become a fairly professional, sweeping and influential pageant in Central China. It is the only international auto professional exhibition in Wuhan.

　　In order to accommodate the development of the automobile market in Central China , breed and perfect the system of production, distribution and maintaining services, and at the same time to proffer opportunities for manufacturers and correlated corporations in China and foreign countries to exchange techniques and publicize products, the exhibition will follow the international, professional and integrated principle and focus on innovation subject. During the exhibtion period, a series of associate activities will be held too, including top forum of auto, release of associate information of main auto type, multi nation purchases and meeting of investment and finance etc.. 　　Wuhan is one of China’s three biggest bases of automobile manufacturing and an important traffic hinge of railways, highways and aviations. It is also the central city and the biggest all-round industrial base of central China. So it’s an ideal place for auto industry to exhibit products, exchange techniques and seek business opportunities.

　　Note: Exhibition sectors for auto parts and auto supplies provide standard booths, others are all raw space. Construction of decoration of booth in bare space will be charged at U.S.$2/sq.m by Wuhan International Convention and Exhibition Center as administration cost.

　　Standard booth provide: indoor space, carpet, three-side enclosing board, fascia board with company name in both English and Chinese, one desk, two chairs, two fluorescent lamp, one unilateral socket ( non-illuminate electricity below 500W).

　　Participation notice

　　1. Fill out the Application Form and submit it by fax or post to organizers.

　　2.Organizers will send confirmation to exhibitor after receipt of the Application Form, confirming receipt of participation of the exhibitor and location of booth, and informing methods of payment.

　　3. Within 10 working days since receipt of the confirmation, exhibitor should pay 50% booth fees as deposit and the balance should be paid off before 30 days of the exhibition opening.

　　4. After confirmation of booth, no deposit will be returned if exhibitor canceled the participation.

　　5. If the exhibitor didn’t pay off related deposit and the balance within prescribed period, organizers will retain the right of cancel the participation qualification of exhibitor.

　　6. If exhibits didn’t fit with the requirement of the exhibition, organizers will retain the right of canceling the participation qualification of exhibitor and the right of not returning any booth fees.

　　7. Forbid any fake, inferior and tort products participate the exhibition.

　　8.Other issues such as subscribing for advertisement on the spot of exhibition, application for technology exchange seminar and news release meeting and other about cost, please enquire related organizers.
